Portland Police Chief Mike Reese and his band The Usual Suspects, minus a few band mates that were on holiday at the moment, show off their musical /vocal talent in front of a hungry crowd at the South Park Blocks.

The event was National Night Out in the South Park Blocks located in SW Portland, near Portland State University and the Portland Art Museum on August 2nd, 2011
