I’ve often heard stories about people who have had the misfortune of being stranded somewhere in the tropics, and surviving on nothing more than coconuts/coconut milk/coconut water. And after doing a little research, I was surprised to find out that one cup-full of coconut water contains more electrolytes than most sports drinks and more potassium than a banana.
